Product Name: Printer HP Officejet 5610 All-in-oneOperating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)Scanner is not working in HP Officejet 5610 All-in-one.Printer is working as printerCopy function standalone - is working.The printer is connected as a local printer to PC through USB cable.After changing computers from WinXp to Win 7 Professional and reinstalling printer software the printer is working OK but the scanner is not working. I tried few times to uninstall and reinstall software but with not success.Here is what happened:When I press I 'Scan' button on the printer the printer is saying: 'No scan Options'.After searching the Web I installed HP Print and Scanner Doctor 5.1, but still it did not help me.I tried:Start-Fax-Windows Fax and Scan- and got this message: Windows Fax and Scan cannot run as it cannot access your documents folder.So how I can get my scanner working?Thankszb.
