Which steps are 4, 5, and 6? Nothing is numbered so I'm not sure what else I should do after that?My drivers list is showing both High Definition Audio Device and Realtek High-Definition Audio.

I disabled Realtek and then it said that no audio device was installed and I couldn't play any sounds at all. Then I uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it.There is no 'Enhancements' tab available in the Playback Devices menu. There is no option for equalization. I see that this is a common fix for my problem, but my computer doesn't have that.
